All university computers supported by Information Technology Services (ITS) are pre-installed with standard software. Additionally, faculty and staff can request to have specialized software or newer versions of software installed on their university-issued computer.

How to Request Software
Windows
Faculty and staff can request software for their university-issued Windows computer by submitting a software request form. To access the form, you need to log in to ServiceNow with your MyCalStateLA ID account.
Mac
Faculty and staff can use the self-service app found on university-issued Mac computers by following this procedure: http://www.calstatela.edu/its/mac-self-service-how .
