Commencement at Cal State LA is one of the most celebrated events of the year. Cal State LA is planning on celebrating the outstanding achievements of the Class of 2022* in late spring. This will be done with health and safety as our top priority as we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional information will be posted at the beginning of the spring semester that includes dates, times, location, and format. All Commencement pages will continue to be updated as more information becomes available.
* The Class of 2022 includes the graduating candidates for fall 2021, winter 2022, spring 2022, and summer 2022.
Graduating Candidates
Class of 2022
Students can graduate at the end of fall 2021, winter 2022, spring 2022, or summer 2022, but Commencement only takes place once a year during spring 2022. Visit our Details for Graduating Candidates page to see if you are eligible to participate in the 2022 Commencement ceremonies.
