What is Adobe Sign?

Adobe Acrobat Sign is a cloud-based e-signature service for faculty and staff to easily send, sign, track, and manage signature processes using a browser or mobile device. Adobe Acrobat Sign reduces costs while also expands integration with our Adobe Creative Cloud product offerings.

When will Adobe Sign be available and
can I continue to use DocuSign?

Tuesday, August 1, 2023, Adobe Sign will be available for all faculty and staff via the MyCalStateLA Portal’s quick launch. To access DocuSign from August 1, click this DocuSign direct login during the transition from August 1-31. After August 31, you will not be able to initiate new DocuSign envelopes. During the transition period (August 1-31), both Docusign and AdobeSign will continue to work simultaneously. On December 31, 2023, DocuSign and DocuSign Retrieve will be completely decommissioned.DocuSign will no longer  You can continue to sign DocuSign documents that you receive and use existing powerform links released by campus offices until we have completed the transition to Adobe Sign in December 2023.
