The CSLA-RES wireless network is available to student housing residents for connecting smart TVs, streaming devices, and gaming consoles.
Devices Not Compatible with CSLA-RES

- Google Home and Nest devices
- Printers
- Nintendo Switch (online gaming features)
To Connect Your Device to CSLA-RES
- Submit a Network Device Registration Request.
- Submit a separate request for each device.
- Wait for the confirmation email.
- After your request is processed, you will receive a passcode by email.
- Processing may take up to 2 business days.
- Connect your device to the CSLA-RES Wi-Fi.
- Use the passcode provided in the email.
- Follow your device manufacturer's instructions to connect to the Wi-Fi network.
- Note: Devices are removed from the CSLA-RES network before the start of each semester. You must register each device again before reconnecting.
ITS does not provide support for individual games or device-specific features. However, you can report connectivity issues by submitting a ServiceNow ticket to the ITS Help Desk. Your feedback helps us monitor and improve the network over time.
