  • Please email the layout/graphic to Hasmik Simon at [email protected] for an initial branding review. Please remember to use the approved University branding (Cal State LA, not CSULA.)
  • Please select your vendor and ask them to provide a "layout proof." Public Affairs requires this to ensure the vendor understands and follows brand guidelines.
  • Hasmik will submit your vendor's layout proof and Creative Review request to Public Affairs for review, feedback, and approval.
  • Fiscal questions and procedures may be directed to the ECST Resource Office at [email protected].

Visit: for more information on University branding.

Note: Public Affairs does not review student organization designs if they do not use our logos or marks.

When a vendor is on the University's approved list, the process will move faster since they follow our branding requirements and quality guidelines. The University has created a webpage listing approved vendors; please visit the website.
