MESA STEM Day

The 18th Annual Cal State LA MESA STEM Day in Partnership with Boeing will be held in person on October 1, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. This event kicks off the MESA College Prep Program at Cal State LA partner schools. Prospective students from middle school to community college are invited to take a closer look at Cal State LA, College of ECST, and The Boeing Company.

We are excited to host students from more than 25 schools and community colleges during this in-person event, along with our sponsors, Boeing and Boeing Global Engagement.
We look forward to seeing current MESA students become Cal State LA MESA University students in the College of ECST, where we Commit to Excellence and Engage in Community.
Schedule Overview
The event will begin with a general welcome for all participants; attendees then follow their customized sessions and conclude the day with a raffle during the event's closing remarks. Each academic (grade) level will follow a unique schedule allowing everyone to participate in the activities, workshops, and tours offered during Cal State LA MESA STEM Day in Partnership with Boeing.

What an incredible day in the rain 2018 was! We had over 800 MESA middle and high school students, teachers, and parents participate with over 100 ECST volunteers and 50 Boeing volunteers.

ON-CAMPUS MASK POLICY
Effective today, October 1, 2022, the University is easing mask protocols on campus to reflect the changing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic. Masks will still be required indoors (for our purposes- Gym, classrooms, labs, & ballrooms) but will not be required in outside spaces (Rockets and Solar Car Activities).
