The ECST Communications office supports college announcements, events, stories, and marketing materials for both online and print. Use the prompts to submit the initial information about your creative request. You'll receive a reply providing a turnaround time and a request for additional information as needed.

Every request is a little different, and timelines can shift depending on the details. The timeline below offers a general guide on what to expect. Once we receive your request and all the needed information, we’ll confirm your timeline so you know what’s ahead.

  • University Distribution: Distribution is at the discretion of the Office of Strategic Communications.
Media Request

Minimum one month.

Media requests are coordinated with the Office of Strategic Communications. This can include press releases, media advisories, inviting government officials, community partners, or university leadership to take part in an event.

Provided all information, resources, and supporting materials are ready and available.
