SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Each submission should include AT MOST 3 images or ONE video with the submission form.
- Images should be in .jpg, .tiff, .png, or .pdf format.
- Video should be an .mp4 or .mov format.
- Your file should use the following naming convention – Lastname_Firstname_ARTXXXX.

- The submission date and time is firm and late submissions will not be considered. (Submission Date is Sunday, February 18 at 11:59 pm.).
- Submission of work does not guarantee the work will be included in the exhibition.
- This exhibition will be in-person, so physical work will need to be required for physical pieces (e.g., paintings, photography, posters, garments, sculptures, etc.).
- Work that is accepted into the exhibition based on digital files will be evaluated for quality of presentation/craftsmanship after physical drop-off. Lack of physical work will disqualify the work from exhibition (unless it’s a video).
- Work that does not meet standards for exhibition will not be exhibited.
