The Graphic Design/Visual Communication Option provides an understanding of visual communication design theory and practice necessary for careers or further study in fields of visual communication.

GD/VC Student Laptop Requirement: 
All Graphic Design/Visual Communication option students must have an Apple MacBook computer with Adobe Creative Cloud software that they can use in class to work on design projects. Students are eligible for an education discount from Apple and Adobe and should contact ITS for more information. Students may be able to use a portion of their financial aid to cover the cost of the MacBook and should contact the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships for more information.
