Most students receive advising through the College of Natural and Social Sciences (NSS) Advising Center. They can be reached at (323) 343-5284 or [email protected]. NSS advisors will help you with creating academic plans, declaring a major, selecting courses to fulfill general education and major requirements for graduation, perform graduation check, and answer general academic questions.
Two faculty advisors are available to answer specific questions related to your physics degree, requesting course substitutions, and listening to issues requiring faculty input or perspective. For Fall 2024, the faculty advisors are:
- Karine Le Bris, [email protected]
- Edward Rezayi, [email protected]
Please contact the faculty advisors for their availability to visit in-person or request a Zoom meeting.
