Cal State LA’s College of ECST invites you to celebrate National E-Week 2021!  During the week of February 22nd-26th, 2021, our celebration will highlight the important contributions engineers, computer scientists, and technologists make in our everyday lives and the ways they are "Imagining Tomorrow."

We've invited accomplished alumni and industry speakers to inspire and educate. Join us and gather insight on pursuing a degree, building your career, and real-world engineering challenges. Virtual workshops focusing on career-readiness and skill-building will make this an unforgettable week.

In celebration of National Engineers Week, the ECST Alumni Network invites alumni and current students for a professional networking session. This event will feature special guest speaker alumnus Albert Cervantes (’07), Software Engineering Manager at Google. Students will be introduced to the field of computer science by learning how to construct a social media link-in-bio page using GitHub, HTML/CSS, and intermediate web topics such as GitHub and Bootstrap. Together, we will review basic HTML components such as buttons, links, and images and learn how to customize the styling of their page using CSS.
