PRESENTATION ROOMS
The Capstone Senior Design projects will be presented at the Golden Eagle Ballrooms 1, 2, and 3 (GE), the University Student Union (US-U)- Los Angeles ABC Rooms, Alhambra Room, Board Rooms North/South, Montebello Room, Pasadena Room, San Gabriel Room, and US-U Theater. Individual program presentation rooms, agendas, and presentation schedules are coming soon!

PARKING PERMIT
- Guests who register by 12:00 noon on Monday, April 22nd, will receive a parking permit invitation via email from Parking Services using the email address [email protected].
- Guests who register between April 22-26 will not access a complimentary event parking permit. Visitors may pay to park on the day of the event by purchasing a daily parking permit from a permit machine located in designated campus parking lots and parking structures.
A complimentary parking permit is available upon completing our event registration two weeks prior to the event with a valid email address. Cal State LA Parking Services will email you directly (not ECST) with instructions on submitting your vehicle's required information to obtain a FREE virtual LPR (License Plate Recognition) parking permit. Our campus parking permit system uses a license plate recognition technology system to help reduce waste in line with Cal State LA’s commitment to sustainability.
- Event parking permits will not be available or distributed on the day of the event.
- If you come to campus without registering for the ECST event, Cal State LA Parking Services can not provide you with a "virtual" LPR on campus.
- Visitors may pay to park on the day of the event by purchasing a daily parking permit from a permit machine located in designated campus parking lots and parking structures.
