C-UASC 2025 Registration

Identify the team advisor's first and last name, email address, and mobile phone number.
Enter the full name(s) of the student pilots and indicate each pilot's AMA membership number.

Insurance Instructions: Please upload your university's certificate of insurance for commercial general liability (CGL) and aircraft liability,

  1. naming Cal State LA, the University Auxilery Services, Inc. (UAS), and the Trustees of California State University as additional insured.
  2. The limits are $1,000,000 and $3,000,000 for CGL and $1,000,000 for aircraft liability.
  3. The certificate of insurance shall cover the date of the event, June 7, 2025.

NOTE: CSU campuses do not need to submit general liability and drone insurance certificates, but they are required to complete the remainder of the competition application.
