We invite you to attend the Engineering, Computer Science, & Technology (ECST) Capstone Senior Design Launch for the Electrical & Computer Engineering (EE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Engineering Technology (ET), and Computer Science (CS) programs on Friday, September 1, 2023. Please register below to attend.

The Cal State LA College of ECST Capstone Senior Design Program is comprised of projects from civil engineering, computer science, electrical and computer engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering technology, and technology programs. Corporate and university partnerships provide engaging and relevant professional practice experiences for our engineering, technology, and computer science students.

MEETING APPLICATION SOLUTION

Students meet with teammates, industry partners, volunteers, and a faculty advisor for the first time to discuss their year-long project as a team.

MEETING ROOMS

The Capstone Senior Design Launch will take place simultaneously at the Golden Eagle Ballrooms 1, 2, and 3 (GE) and the University Student Union Rooms (US-U). Each program will be assigned a room and table for a working meeting.

PARKING PERMIT

A complimentary parking permit is available upon completing our event registration on time and prior to the event with a valid email address. Cal State LA Parking Services will email you directly (not ECST) with instructions on submitting your vehicle's required information to obtain a FREE virtual LPR (License Plate Recognition) parking permit. Our campus parking permit system uses a license plate recognition technology system to help reduce waste in line with Cal State LA's commitment to sustainability.

  • Event parking permits will not be available or distributed on the day of the event.
  • If you come to campus without registering, Cal State LA Parking Services can not provide you with a "virtual" LPR on campus.
  • Visitors may pay to park on the day of the event by purchasing a daily parking permit from a permit machine located in designated campus parking lots and parking structures.
