Is registration required?

Registration is required to attend ECST events to maintain a safe number of attendees and accommodations.

Will eating or drinking be allowed indoors?

Due to COVID-19, the University's policy is no eating or drinking inside any Cal State LA room or space. Guests may enjoy their food and drink outdoors while on campus.

COVID REQUIREMENTS

Is there a COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement?

The California State University (CSU) requires COVID-19 vaccinations. The goal of this requirement, like other immunization requirements in the CSU, is to maintain the health and safety of the campus community. You must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 unless you have a University Approved Vaccination Exemption to attend this event.

Am I required to wear a face mask on campus, regardless of my current vaccination status?

Masks are required indoors and are strongly recommended outdoors for those attending outdoor meetings, activities, and events on campus. Everyone attending the ECST Honors Convocation is required to use a facemask, properly covering the nose and mouth. Learn more about face masks.

The health and safety of the Cal State LA community is our top priority as we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. Health Watch provides the latest information about campus COVID-19 protocols, university messages, frequently asked questions, and more. The information on this website is current and will continue to be updated based on the latest public health protocols. Visit the Cal State LA Healthwatch page for more information.
