STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION MANUAL

  • Your first point of technical support is the ITS Helpdesk. They provide support to all students, staff, and faculty. They can resolve most issues with campus related accounts and software as well as third party systems.
  • Your second point of technical support should be your Instructor and/or Department. Especially when using specialized software that is not widely used in other areas on campus.
  • Your third point of technical support are your Arts & Letters College ITCs.
    • If the previous points of contact could not solve or were unfamiliar with your problem then let your Instructor or Department know. They can connect you to an ITC.
    • Arts & Letters ITCs tend to have the experience to assist with issues specific to Arts & Letters students, staff and faculty.
