The Fine Arts Gallery is proud to host as one facet of the celebrations of the University’s 70th anniversary,
the upcoming Exhibition of "Faculty Publications". This exhibit, the first of its kind, is a presentation of books and monographs authored and edited by Cal State LA faculty over the last seven decades.

Legacies Alumni Art Exhibition

Opening Reception: September 9, 2017 from 6 to 9 p.m.

Cal State LA presents Legacies, an art exhibition featuring the work of Cal State LA alumni over seven decades. It is curated by alumnus artist Mark Steven Greenfield. The exhibit ran through Sept. 30 at the University's Fine Arts Gallery in the Fine Arts building. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, noon to 5 p.m. 


LAUSD Conservatory of Fine Art Children's Exhibition

LAUSD Conservatory of Fine Arts Children's Exhibition

The Fine Arts Galley at California State University Los Angeles will hold an exhibition of 320 children’s work produced at the Saturday Conservatory of Fine Arts. The Saturday Conservatory Fine Arts is a free 24-week program at Cal State LA and is sponsored by LAUSD Gifted/Talented Performing Arts Programs. The Conservatory of Fine Arts marks its 36th season in 2017 and three hundred twenty students will complete the program in its visual arts division. This year’s Fine Art Program will finish its season with a Student Exhibition in the Fine Arts Gallery, scheduled to open on May 6th from 10am to 1pm.  Please join these future artists and their families.

Soñando en East Los is an exhibition curated by Cal State LA alumni Bridgette Candice and Roxy Gonzalez in collaboration with the artist and fellow alumnus Frank Romero and Edward Hayes, Curator of Exhibition at the Museum of Latin American Art (MOLAA). This exhibition was organized in conjunction with Dreamland: A Frank Romero Retrospective on view at MOLAA February 12 through May 21, 2017.
