Saurabh Tangri is CEO and co-founder of Aramas AI, a Northern California deep-tech startup building the AXU (Agent Execution Unit), a hardware accelerator that delivers rack-scale efficiency for AI agent infrastructure. He has spent two decades at the intersection of semiconductor architecture, systems software, and AI. Previously, as Chief AI Architect at Intel, Saurabh co-chaired ONNX — the open neural network exchange standard now used across the industry and invention and development of the Windows Neural Processing Unit, shipping AI silicon support to millions of Windows users worldwide. Saurabh is a proud alumnus of Cal State LA's College of Engineering, Computer Science, and Technology, where he earned his MS, and also holds a degree from UC Berkeley. He is committed to giving back to the institution that helped launch his career and to advancing engineering and computer science education in California, and looks forward to contributing that perspective to the ECST board.
