AutoCAD Workshop Series
This workshop will provide a platform for students to become familiar with the basic knowledge of how to use AutoCAD. Students will first be introduced to the different components/tools and settings AutoCAD is composed of. From there, students will be introduced to the 2-D sketching features. Through practice examples and creating their own sketches, students will become more comfortable with drawing in 2-D. Lastly, students will learn to draft a 3-D Model, allowing them to turn their 2-D drawings into a more realistic sketch. By the end of this workshop, students should have a fundamental understanding and ability to create the sketches needed for their school related tasks.
