The Friends of Engineering, Computer Science, and Technology hosted the Inaugural Greater Los Angeles Engineer of the Year Awards Gala on August 4, 2011 at California State University, Los Angeles. The Inaugural Greater Los Angeles Engineer of the Year Awards Gala honored the outstanding achievements of individuals, government organizations, and corporations in the fields of engineering, information technology, and engineering design whose work has significantly impacted the greater Los Angeles economy and ECST students.
