Housing Application Dates & Deadlines

June 26, 2026EXTENDED! Housing Application Priority Deadline for fall 2026 (students who submit their applications after the deadline will be placed on a waitlist and will experience booking delays.)
June 15, 2026Fall deadline to apply to OSD for Housing accommodations
July 24, 2026EXTENDED! Last day to pay for fall or establish a Payment Plan and make the first payment. Payments made after this date are subject to late fees. After the first payment, all remaining payments are due by the 20th of each month.
September 8, 2026Last day to Add a Course (Cal State LA residents are required to be Cal State LA students enrolled in courses.)
November 20, 2026Last day for those who set up a payment plan to make their final payment.

October 2026Health & Safety Inspections
December 14-19, 2026Finals Week, 24-Hour Quiet Hours
December 18, 2026Last Fall 2026 Meal Plan day (Village Commons closes after dinner)

*This applies only to international or graduate students moving out. All other residents may stay through the academic year.

**Only for International and mid-year Graduating residents. Proof and documentation required upon submission.
