| November 15, 2024 | Last day for those who set up a payment plan to make their final payment. |

- July 7, 2023: Room Selection closes (Apartments ONLY)
- July 28, 2023: Last day to cancel without penalty (New extended deadline)
- July 28, 2023: Meal Plan Change Request Deadline for fall 2023 (New extended deadline)
- August 9, 2023: Housing Application Priority Deadline for fall 2023 (students who submit their applications after the deadline will be placed on a waitlist and will receive their booking after August 21, 2023.)
- August 16, 2023: GEA students move in 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. with appointments
- August 17-18, 2023: South Village students under 21 move in 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. with appointments
- August 19, 2023: Phase I and II students 21 and over move in 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. with appointments

South Village trash chutes close. Please note, large dumpsters will be brought in and temporarily placed in front of Tower 3 in the SV Courtyard, and at the Housing loop entrance, behind Building 5, in Phase II. These will be locked at 8 p.m. and will be unlocked the following morning at 7 a.m. Do NOT leave trash next to the dumpster. |
