Housing Application Dates & Deadlines

| April 16-30, 2024 | Roommate Wizard (opportunity to select your roommate[s]) available for returning residents ONLY) |
| May 15, 2024 | Last day to pay the Enrollment Confirmation Deposit (ECD) |
| June 4 - 24, 2024 | Roommate Wizard (opportunity to select your roommate[s]) opens to all |
| July 1, 2024 | Housing Application Priority Deadline for fall 2024 (students who submit their applications after the deadline will be placed on a waitlist and will receive their booking after August 21, 2024.) |
| July 15, 2024 | Fall deadline to apply to OSD for Housing accommodations |
| August 14 - September 6, 2024 | Room Change application opens. We will review requests the week of September 9, 2024. The relocation processing fee is $75. Room Change is not guaranteed. |
| September 6, 2024 | Last day to pay in full without accruing a late fee. |
| November 15, 2024 | Last day for those who set up a payment plan to make their final payment. |

Move-in Dates

| August 14-15, 2024 | South Village students (under 21) move in 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. with appointments |
| August 16, 2024 | International students move in 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. with appointments |
| August 16-17, 2024 | Phase I and II students (21 and over) and International Students move in 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. with appointments |
Move-out*

*This applies only to international or graduate students moving out. All other residents may stay through the academic year.
