South Village is the new, traditional-style residence hall opening in the fall 2021. The facility was designed to promote community and student success. Priority will be given to first- and second-year students.

These numbers reflect the cost of rooms. Meal plans are separate. 
A $60 Program Fee and $100 Damage Deposit fees are not included.

Meal Plans

Students living in the South Village are required to have a meal plan. All-access meal plans include declining balance dollars, which offer flexible dollar amounts per semester and can be used to buy additional meals or retail items for the Café.
