The prices listed below include a $100 security deposit. They do not reflect the Application Fee ($40 non-refundable).

Important Payment Information

For Summer 2026 deadlines,

Please note:

  • Payments received after the posted deadline will be considered late and will incur a $20 late fee for each month the balance remains unpaid.

  • If you receive financial aid and your disbursement is delayed, you are still responsible for late fees unless the delay is due to a verified processing error by the Financial Aid Office. Verification must come from the Director of Financial Aid.

  • Housing payments must be made directly through CASHNet Smartpay. Please note that the Housing Office cannot accept or process payments.

  • Late Move-In: If you need more time to make your initial payment, you may request a late move-in date, available up to five (5) days after the official start date of your License Agreement.

Only residents staying for Summer A & B may set up a payment plan. This plan will be set up in three payments:

  1. May 13
  2. June 13
  3. July 13
