Post-Bacc. Certificate in WGSS for current Master’s students at Cal State LA
If you are enrolled or admitted in a Master’s degree program at Cal State LA, you do not need to apply separately to the WGSS Certificate program. Email the WGSS Department Chair to enroll in the program.
Post-Bacc. Certificate in WGSS for non-Master's students
If you are not enrolled in an M.A. program at Cal State LA, you must apply for graduate admission in order to enroll in the Post-Bacc. Certificate program. Go to CSU Apply, select “Post-Bacc. Certificate” for “highest degree desired," and then select the WGSS Certificate at Cal State LA. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and meet the CSU’s minimum requirements for graduate admission, as defined here. Our program does not require an application essay, GRE scores, or letters of recommendation.
The application deadline for Fall admission is May 31st of the same calendar year, and for Spring admission on November 1st of the previous year.
