Community Teaching Artist Certificate Program Application - Fall 2021

Please complete the Community Teaching Artist Certificate Program Application on this page. In addition, you will need to include the following two (2) documents, in PDF format, as part of your application. Please email both documents together to Cal State LA's College of Professional and Global Engagement. In the subject line please specify "CTA Application." Your application will not be reviewed without the following documents:

Biography (150 words maximum)
Statement of Commitment (200 words maximum): Describe your commitment to participate and contribute to the course, and what you hope to gain through this advancement program. NOTE: Applicant's enrollment offer will be based on this statement.

The application period opens on Tuesday, July 5, 2021. The application period and documents deadline is Tuesday, August 31, 2021 (5 p.m.).
