By May 2021, the COE saw thirty students complete the doctorate in Educational Leadership, along with nearly three hundred students earning a Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or Educational Administration, and another 130 students earned a baccalaureate degree in Urban Learning or Rehabilitation Services.

In the area of teacher preparation, nearly five hundred candidates completed a post-baccalaureate teaching credential to teach special education or in elementary, middle, or high school settings.  Another seventy candidates completed a post-baccalaureate credential in pupil personnel services, adapted PE, clinical services, or speech and language services.

The COE is fulfilling its mission to prepare educators and educational leaders for our region in this critical moment of workforce shortages in the field of education.
