Quiz to QTI Tool

Use the new Quiz to QTI Tool to more efficiently import batches of questions into Canvas. Instructors can type or paste quiz questions directly into the tool or upload a document with questions. The tool parses the text to automatically identify question types, answers, and point values. The tool will then export a QTI file, which can be uploaded to Canvas.

A built-in preview allows instructors to review how questions will appear in Canvas, troubleshoot formatting issues, and make corrections before exporting.

This tool replaces Respondus Exam builder, is web-based, and available to Mac and PC users.
