Dr. Sherry Best was recently selected by the Association of Pediatric Hemotology Oncology Educational Specialists (APHOES) to receive their 2014 "Bridge Award."  The mission of APHOES is to bridge the gap between hospital and school for children with cancer and blood disorders. Dr. Best was selected by APHOES members for her ongoing education of teachers in the field of Physical and Health Impairments, including teachers who work in specialty hospitals for children with chronic medical conditions.
