Tenure-track faculty and lecturers are eligible for AT for indirect instructional activities in lieu of classroom teaching or to account for teaching courses with excess enrollment. Faculty, Departments and Colleges are responsible for maintaining consistent records and collecting deliverables for these work assignments. The Office of Faculty Affairs has provided paperwork to be used for pre-authorization, description of scope of work, and record of outcomes for deliverables to be used. The Office also provides College Resource Managers with a form to verify reconciliation at the end of each term.
