2014-15 Program Impaction
California State University, Los Angeles tentatively proposes to change its admission criteria for undergraduate students within the local area for our programs/majors in Biology and Business Administration Options in Accounting, Management and Marketing.
The intended purpose for changing the criteria is to:
- Ensure a high quality educational experience for both current and future students
- Contribute to the achievement of the larger CSU system-wide enrollment goals
- Provide access to entering first-time freshmen and upper division transfer students from our local community
- Provide access for historically underrepresented students
- Contribute to the viability and effectiveness of the many and varied academic programs at the University
- Facilitate a timely graduation for students in their programs/majors
