You are a transfer applicant if you have completed college coursework after graduating from high school and plan to transfer from a California Community College or another college or university.

What type of transfer student are you?

  • Lower-division transfer: Fewer than 60 transferable semester units
  • Upper-division transfer: 60 or more transferable semester units

Spring 2027 Admissions

Priority Application Filing Period is Jul. 1 – Aug. 31, 2026

  • Open for domestic transfer & returning students in select majors
  • Not open to international applicants
  • Admission requirements must be completed by end of Summer 2026

Fall 2027 Admissions

Priority Application Filing Period is Oct. 1 – Nov. 30, 2026

  • Prospective applicants may begin to preview the application on Aug. 1
  • Open to all majors
  • Open to domestic and international transfer applicants
  • Admission requirements must be completed by end of Spring 2027
