On-Campus Housing Meal Plan Program (Fall and Spring Semester Only)

Meal Plan Selection

Meal plan options are based on the community in which a student is assigned. The housing application will provide choices of meal plans based on the preferred community selected. Once housing assignments are finalized, and if a student assignment requires a different meal plan than the one chosen, the minimally required meal plan is assigned. Only students assigned to living in our apartments may select an option not to have a meal plan. Students assigned to South Village residence hall are required to choose one of the All Access meal plans.

Declining Balance

Students on the All Access 7 Plus or All Access 5 Plus, Weekly 5, and Block 100 Plus receive a Declining Balance allocation at the start of each semester. The Declining Balance funds may be used at the South Village Café and swiping in a guest at the Dining Hall. Any remaining declining Balance funds at the end of the fall semester will “rollover” from the Fall to Spring semesters but expires at the end of the academic year.

Guest Meal Swipes

Each meal plan also includes 5 Guest Meal Swipes per semester. Unused Guest meal swipes do not “rollover” from the Fall to the Spring semester and will automatically expire at the end of each semester.

Holidays and Semester Breaks

The dining hall is closed during semester breaks (Fall Break, Winter Intersession, Spring Break, and Summer Intersessions) and specific holidays in which the university is closed. Holiday closures are advertised prior through flyers and newsletters before the date.
