Please note:

Payments received after the posted deadline will be considered late and will incur a $20 late fee for each month the balance remains unpaid.
If you receive financial aid and your disbursement is delayed, you are still responsible for late fees unless the delay is due to a verified processing error by the Financial Aid Office. Verification must come from the Director of Financial Aid.
Housing payments must be made directly through CASHNet Smartpay. Please note that the Housing Office cannot accept or process payments.
Late Move-In: If you need more time to make your initial payment, you may request a late move-in date, available up to five (5) days after the official start date of your License Agreement.
