Citation Refund Request

This is a request for a refund only. The submittal of this request does not guarantee a refund will be issued. This request will be carefully reviewed and may require further research before this request can be approved. Applicants will be notified by email within 10 business days regarding the status of this request. If approved, refunds may take 1-2 weeks to process, checks will be made to the person assigned the permit or to the third-party if paid via a third-party agreement with Parking Services. Payment will be sent to the address registered on campus; if your current address is different than the address registered with campus, please input correct address on this form.
