Dr. Will Wong has over 20 years of on-going experience in public child welfare working with a diversity clients and constituents in both direct and macro practice settings in complex urban environments. As a practicing social worker, his applied knowledge of social policy and current interventions symbiotically informs his teaching, scholarship and research. Dr. Wong’s area of research focuses on retention of public child welfare workers and diversity and ethics in social work practice.
