The License Agreement is the contract between a resident and Cal State LA Housing that lasts for the duration of the resident's stay (a semester, academic year, or summer). The Housing Handbook contains detailed information about the available services and amenities we offer, as well as the rules, regulations and responsibilities that residents must adhere to.
