Seeing is believing, come tour your future home!

Curious about life on campus? We'd love to show you around! Housing Tours are available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 1 – 4 p.m. Each tour is about 30 minutes.

Our Spaces

Choose Your Tour

  • Individual Tour (10 or less): Feel Free to bring family or friends!
  • Group Tour (11 or more): Perfect for high schools, college access programs, and community organizations.

Submit the form below and a member of our team will follow up to schedule your visit.

A few things to know before you sign up:

  • Tour requests should be submitted at least 5 business days in advance
  • Walk-in requests are accepted based on availability and are not guaranteed, please contact our office directly for same-day requests
  • View Academic Calendar (External Link) to check for campus closure dates.

Terms and Conditions

  • Bookings are not confirmed until a confirmation invitation is sent via email.

  • We are not liable for any personal injuries during the Housing Tour.

  • In the event of rain or other inclement weather, we may not be able to provide guided Housing Tours in order to maintain the safety of our guests. We can reschedule your Housing Tour for another available date.

  • Guests are expected to follow Cal State LA university policies and procedures outlined in the confirmation letter.

  • Due to limited Housing Tour guide availability, we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals.

  • All guests participating in the Housing Tour are required to check in at the front desk before the tour begins.

  • Limited mobility/ability accommodations are available. Please contact our office directly with any accommodation requests no less than 5 business days before your scheduled Housing Tour.

  • Changes to your reservation, including date or time, must be made at least 5 business days prior to your scheduled Housing Tour. Please note that certain changes may not be permitted and could result in the cancellation of your reservation.

  • We reserve the right to restrict changes made to any reservation.
