The resources on this page are designed to support academic programs as they prepare for Program Review. Templates and guidance materials provide a common framework for developing the self-study, organizing supporting evidence, and documenting plans for assessment and continuous improvement.

The Program Review self-study provides an opportunity for academic programs to examine program quality, student learning and success, curriculum, resources, and areas for continued improvement. The resources below provide guidance and a common structure for preparing the self-study.

Academic programs that undergo specialized accreditation may be eligible to complete a modified Program Review that incorporates relevant materials from the accreditation process. Programs should consult the Program Review policy and appropriate University guidance to determine the requirements that apply to their review.

Assessment planning helps programs identify learning outcomes, assessment methods, evidence, and processes for using results to support continued program improvement. The template below can be used to organize a comprehensive program assessment plan as part of the Program Review process.
