Accreditation is a university-wide responsibility supported by institutional leadership, faculty, staff, and committees across Cal State LA. This section provides information about the individuals and groups that coordinate and support the University’s accreditation activities, including the Accreditation Liaison Officer and accreditation committees.

Accreditation Leadership

Accreditation at Cal State LA is supported by university leadership, faculty, staff, and committees that coordinate institutional review activities and engagement with WSCUC. This section provides information about accreditation leadership and preserves materials from committees that supported previous accreditation review cycles.

Cal State LA’s accreditation activities are coordinated through University leadership and designated institutional representatives who work with the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC). Current leadership information will be maintained here as accreditation responsibilities and review activities are assigned.

WSCUC Steering Committee

The WSCUC Steering Committee for the 2018–2019 reaffirmation cycle supported institutional planning, preparation of the Institutional Report, campus engagement, and coordination of activities associated with the WSCUC review.
