Program Overview
This grant has provided funding to two students in the Department of Geosciences & Environment in the form of Research Assistantships. An MS student has received two years of funding to lead most of the research as part of his thesis and also received funding to present his results at a professional conference. An undergraduate student received a semester stipend to assist in research and acquire valuable training for future employment or graduate school endeavors.
