Training & Guides

Training and support resources are available to help employees prepare for and use the Common Human Resources System (CHRS). CHRS will change how faculty, staff, and administrators perform some aspects of their jobs, including how information related to positions, employment, job data, and personal data is managed.

These enhancements will introduce updates to areas such as self-service, time and absence management, recruitment, benefits, and temporary academic employment.

Training materials are tailored to specific campus groups, including Staff, Faculty, and Student Assistants, as well as key administrative roles such as Managers, Time Keepers and Academic staff.

Resources include online job aids, step-by-step guides, videos, and other helpful materials designed to support your work in CHRS. Depending on your responsibilities, you may find it helpful to review multiple training resources.
