Glenn earned a B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Spanish from Sonoma State University and an M.S. in School-Based Family Counseling from California State University, Los Angeles. He also holds a Bilingual Cross-Cultural Teaching Credential from San Francisco State University and a Community College Teaching Certificate from California State University, Domínguez Hills. Glenn is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Clinical Experience:
Glenn’s clinical background includes work in private practice, at Ingleside Hospital, and as a therapist for the Los Angeles County Child Sexual Abuse Program. Since 2018, he has served in dual roles as therapist and supervisor at Rio Hondo College. In 2022, Glenn joined the clinical team at Cal State LA’s Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), where he continues to support the mental health needs of university students.

Glenn’s therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centered and Satirian principles. He creates a space where clients are encouraged to reconnect with their inner voice—the quiet, authentic self that often gets lost in the noise of life. With sensitivity to cultural, familial, and generational influences, Glenn guides clients in identifying and challenging unhelpful thought patterns. He uses reflective questioning to foster insight, emotional growth, and behavioral change. His work is centered on helping clients cultivate healthier patterns and move toward greater peace, clarity, and fulfillment.
