Ready to Respond: A Mini Mental Health First Aid Course
Ready to Respond is a condensed mental health first aid training designed to help participants recognize early signs of mental health challenges, respond with empathy, and connect individuals to appropriate support. This training emphasizes early intervention, crisis awareness, and practical response strategies, equipping participants with the confidence to notice concerns, listen with care, and guide others toward campus and community resources.
While this training is not a Mental Health First Aid certification, participants will receive a certificate of completion acknowledging their participation and skill development.
