Temporary Overnight Parking

Overnight parking of vehicles on university property, except for Housing Resident Parking, is prohibited without permission from the University Police.  Campus parking facilities are not intended for use as storage.  The university reserves the right to remove and impound abandoned vehicles at the owner’s expense.

Exceptions for overnight parking are given on a case-by-case basis and may not be approved.  To see if you qualify complete the Overnight Parking Request Form below. Overnight parking requests require up to three business days for processing. Please submit your request at least three business days before your first desired overnight parking date.

Structure E- Level 1 is the designated area for overnight parking. If Structure E- Level 1 is not preferred, what lot or location will the vehicle be parked?

Please note that overnight parking is not available in Lot 5, as this lot is designated for special event parking only.

I understand Cal State LA parking Facilities are not intended for use as storage (UAP 402) and that an exception is being made based on the circumstances noted on this form.
