PayByPhone
PayByPhone is the most convenient way to pay for parking. It’s easy, either use our app, do it online, or by calling the PayByPhone number posted on signage . With PayByPhone, your plate is your permit and there is no need to go to the parking machines to purchase your daily parking and go back to your car to display your permit. You can now download the PayByPhone app and enter the corresponding parking location code (see chart below) to purchase your daily parking. You will receive a reminder alert when your meter time is about to expire and given the option to purchase more time.
PayByPhone is only available in select lots for daily parking only. PayByPhone Accepts Visa or MasterCard

Using The PayByPhone app
1. Download the PayByPhone app
Download the app now from the Blackberry, Google Play and iOS App Store.
2. Enter your location code
Tap in the location code you wish to park in as advertised on street signage.
3. Enter your parking duration
Add the time duration you wish to park for. $4 for four hours or $8 all day.
4. Extend your parking anytime
Get a notification that your time is about to expire. Add more time from wherever you are. Simply open the app and add time to your current parking meter (Extensions are $4 for the rest of the day only).
Using PayByPhone Online
1. Visit the PayByPhone website
Logon using your browser or through your smartphone. Easily create a PayByPhone account and use it to pay for parking. To begin, select Account from the main menu.
2. Enter your parking requirements
Enter the LOCATION number (see on-street signage or chart above) and the DURATION you wish to park for ($4 for four hours or $8 all day).
3. Enter your security code
Finalize your transaction by entering the 3 digit security code on the back of your payment card.
4. Manage your account online
Visit your account page to quickly add or amend vehicle details, update your payment info or security settings.
Call PayByPhone
1. Call the number posted on signage
Dial the PayByPhone service number displayed on parking meters and signs.
2. Respond to the prompts
Existing users will be prompted to enter the 4 or 5 digit location number, and parking time required ($4 for four hours or $8 all day). New users will be guided through a registration process.
3. Wait for your parking to be confirmed
Once you have heard confirmation that your parking has started you may leave your vehicle. Parking details will be sent to the handheld units the Parking Enforcement Officers patrol with.
4. Extend your parking anytime
Extend your parking at any time. Simply call the number you dialed in Step 1. Your account will be recognized and you will be given the option to extend your parking session or to start a new one (Extensions are $4 for the rest of the day only).
