New Student Intake

Initial Intake: Appointments are required for initial intakes and last approximately one hour. During the initial intake appointment, the Disability Management Specialist will review your documentation, approve accommodations, and provide resources. Go to the How to Apply for an appointment.

Students Already Registered

Drop-ins

Disability Management Specialists are available for 15-minute drop-in consultations on Wednesdays from 2 pm - 4 pm. These meetings are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Follow-Up Appointments

Follow-up appointments are available for students currently registered with OSD who need additional time beyond drop-in hours, have ongoing accommodation questions, or require continued guidance. To schedule a follow-up appointment with your Disability Management Specialist, please call 323-343-3140.
