President Covino shows his support for CBE student organization M.A.R.S – Marketing Analytics and Research Society
City of Orgs is a campus-wide event that takes place the first week of the fall semester. This event gives incoming Cal State LA students a chance to meet representatives of student organizations, sororities, and fraternities and learn about their clubs. City of Orgs provides a place on the main walkway for college organizations to talk to students and promote their organizations. M.A.R.S (Marketing Analytics and Research Society) focuses on the research and analytical side of marketing and hosts various workshops on different software to develop business students computer skills. M.A.R.S recently became a collegiate chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA).
