Over twenty one years ago, Luis and his sister, Virginia Campos founded and developed Del Terra Real Estate Services, Inc. Luis has been the company’s President and CEO where he remains hands-on and continues to lead, manage, and oversee the program/project/construction management, general contracting, and consulting firm with over $3.2 billion in projects managed and implemented of public and institutional funded Capital Improvement Bond Programs.
Luis is also the founder of Evergreen Energy Solutions, LLC, a renewable energy development firm. Evergreen is registered with the California Energy Commission. Additionally, the Rojas family, founded the Del Terra Education Foundation, a non-profit to support students seeking higher education and the educators that support them. The mission of the foundation is to increase the number of students obtaining college degrees with the school districts and community colleges that Del Terra Group serves throughout California.
