About Alumni Networks
The Alumni Networks are affinity-based groups supported by the California State University, Los Angeles (Cal State LA) Alumni Association. Led by alumni volunteers, these networks serve both alumni and students by fostering meaningful connections, advancing the interests of the Cal State LA community, and offering a range of educational, career-focused, social, and civic programs.
All alumni, current students, staff, and faculty are invited to join any of our alumni networks.
Lead a Network
Make a meaningful impact and reconnect with your Golden Eagle community by volunteering for a leadership position with one of our alumni networks. As a network chair, you’ll support student engagement, build professional connections, and shape the future of alumni programming while representing the values and spirit of Cal State LA.

AAPI Alumni Network
Founded in 2025, the Asian/Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Alumni Network at Cal State LA is dedicated to fostering a vibrant, inclusive community that celebrates the achievements, diversity, and resilience of our AAPI alumni.
Black Alumni Network
The Cal State LA Black Alumni Network was founded in 2018 to grow, sustain, and promote a thriving community of Black students at Cal State LA.
Business Alumni Network
The Business Alumni Network exists to cultivate connections through value-focused platforms that promote advancement through social mixers, mentoring, workshops, and peer-hiring opportunities.
Chicanx Latinx University Alumni Network
Established in 2021, the Cal State LA Chicanx and Latinx University Alumni Network (CLUAN) exists to cultivate, promote, and support an inclusive community of alumni with the collaboration of students, faculty, and staff to engage in activities that advance educational, personal, intellectual, and cultural development.
Early Entrance Program Alumni Network
The Early Entrance Program Alumni Network (EEP), in collaboration with the Early Entrance Program and Honors, develops and implements initiatives that benefit EEP students, EEP alumni, and Cal State LA.
Education Alumni Network
The Education Alumni Network supports a diverse community of education leaders, fostering connections and lifelong involvement with Cal State LA.
Engineering, Computer Science, and Technology Alumni Network
The Engineering, Computer Science, and Technology (ECST) Alumni Network is a professional network that serves as a platform for fellow graduates and industry peers to engage as a community and build fellowship.
Entertainment and Arts Alumni Network
The Entertainment and Arts Alumni Network fosters and supports a dynamic community of alumni in performing, visual, film, television, and media arts.
Nursing Alumni Network
The Cal State LA Nursing Alumni Network exists to support the mission of California State University, Los Angeles and the Patricia A. Chin School of Nursing in their efforts to transform individual lives and build stronger and healthier communities through scholarship, research, and proactive community engagement.
