Please complete and submit the following Winter Session 2024 Intent to Enroll Form. Upon receipt of this form, the following steps will occur to complete your registration process.
• A Campus Identification Number (CIN), if you do not already have one, will be generated and emailed to you. This process will take up to 72 hours to complete.
• The College of Professional and Global Education (PaGE) Enrollment Services will email a link to you to register and submit payment.
• You will receive a confirmation of enrollment once you have completed the registration process.
